Senior managers from the START programme are invited to apply to join a customized WAN-IFRA WIN Newsroom Leadership and Executive Coaching programme which will run from 14 August through to 15 December 2024. This is primarily a virtual programme with one in person gathering to be organised at the mid-way point of the programme. Senior media managers that are interested in building their leadership and management skills through a combination of training, peer mentoring and individualised executive coaching should apply.  

Please note, this programme is available to women, non-binary, gender non-conforming and/or individuals who identify with historically marginalised or at risk communities. Participants must be actively working in senior editorial or commercial positions within their media. Application deadline: 7 August 2024.
