WIN has developed a bespoke coaching curriculum that is offered to participants of the Accelerator programme as well as Advisory partners, on demand. WIN also delivers training programmes on the foundations of coaching to further build local competencies in these areas.

Coaching includes intensive one-on-one sessions to identify and develop an individual’s 3-5 year career roadmap.

Through the WIN Coaching Academy, media managers are equipped with the foundations of coaching to begin informal coaching with members of their teams and a broader audience.
All WIN coaches will be certified by the International Coaching Federation by early 2021.
