Operationalising Digital Strategy: Digital ABCs

This program is designed to equip media professionals with the essential skills to navigate the digital landscape and drive change within their organisations. Tailored for media in emerging contexts, the Digital ABCs consist of five modules covering key phases of digital transformation. This online suite of Modules is delivered by a mixed format of self led learning, live tutorials and one-on-one coaching with WAN-IFRA WIN digital experts. 

Currently WIN’s stability work is limited to Advisory partners and participants of the Accelerator programme.

Module ‘A’ introduces participants to digital economics, monetization strategies, audience development, reader revenue, and digital publishing formats.

Module ‘B’ explores digital maturity using the Deloitte Digital Maturity Model, focusing on pillars like Customer, Technology, Operations, Organization, Culture, and Strategy.

Module ‘C’ emphasises proactive change management, including agile methodologies and communication strategies.

Module ‘D’ delves into content strategy, covering editorial analytics, audience engagement, and sustainable content practices.

Module ‘E’ navigates the landscape of artificial intelligence, focusing on AI integration, ethics, and sustainability.
